Call the Center’s main #, let person know that the patient would like to receive PrEP. They will schedule the person with a medical provider that administers PrEP in this health center.
Primary medical care services. May utilize Carrboro’s Community Health Center for prescriptions.
If a person is uninsured, they will need to bring proof of income such as a paycheck stub, VA Check, SS statement or proof of public assistance, proof of address & photo ID.

We have sliding fee scale based on income & family size. We also accept health insurance.
Financial Support for Patients:
Piedmont Health pharmacists work with patients to obtain medication through their insurance provider and/or Gilead patient assistance program. Cost may vary based on family size and income.

Spanish and language line for other non-English speaking patients.
