Services Offered:
PrEP & PEP prescriber, Primary Care services including HRT, Laboratory testing, Hepatitis C treatment, counseling/support with financial assistance programs.
Documentation Required:
If insured, bring the insurance card. If a person is uninsured, they will need to bring proof of income such as a paycheck stub, VA Check, SS statement or proof of public assistance, proof of address & photo ID.

Varies although at least 2-3 providers administer PrEP each day at this health center.

Piedmont Health pharmacists work with patients to obtain medication through their insurance provider and/or Gilead patient assistance program. Cost may vary based on family size and income.
Follow-up:
Office visits are every 1-3 months depending on patient risk. Kidney function, HIV status, and STI status are checked every 3-6 months, again, depending on risk and following accepted guidelines.
